Other Camps & Training Opportunities

The following basketball opportunities are not run by the Hurricanes.  While we believe these are great programs, parents/guardians should make their own inquiries should they have any concerns about the nature of the activities, coaching, player safety, costs, or any other matter of concern.  The Hurricanes have not made detailed inquiries of this nature and are listing these programs solely to make sure our players are aware of these extra opportunities to play.

Programs looking to be listed on this page should e-mail the Hurricanes at hhbasketballclub@gmail.com .  There is no guarantee we will have the opportunity to post all requested listings.  We will only list established programs that are known in the community.

Spring Programs

Mystics 3 v 3 Boys basketball program
3-on-3 is a great way for players to understand how to play with and without the ball, as well as understanding spacing on offence and defence. This six-week basketball program is led by Mystics coaching staff and players, and is specifically designed for U12 and U14 players. Each hour-long session will include skill work at the beginning that will then be applied directly to 3-on-3 games for 45-minutes of play. This is open to players of all levels of experience, where everyone can develop and grow over the six-week program.

U12 Boys session

Summer Camps

The MSVU Mystics are excited to offer day camp options for boys this summer! Our camps will include:
- a camp T-shirt
- athletic development
- skill instruction
- small competitive games
- full court 5 on 5 each day

All campers will have the chance to work with Mystics players and the 2025 CCAA Men’s Basketball Coach of the Year, Danny De Palma, and will leave camp on Sunday as improved players.

U14+ session: July 2-4, 2026
