Please be advised that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 26, 2024 on MS Teams.
Please see Sections 15 and 16 of our by-laws if you are interested in AGM requirements.
There is no intent to propose a special resolution at the AGM.
The non-receipt of notice by a member shall not invalidate the proceedings.
Member attendance is optional. Members wishing to attend can e-mail hhbasketballclub@gmail.com for the meeting link. When requesting the link, please provide the name of the registered Hurricane player for which you are parent or guardian.
Anyone wishing to seek nomination to the board should contact one of the board members.
